The Key to Getting Results

One of the great things about attending our boot camp classes is that everybody works at their own level regardless of their exercise experience. From the beginner to the more advanced all fitness levels are accomodated. Each and every exercise we do at camp is set up so it can either be regressed or progressed depending on the individual's level of experience.


In order to get the most out of each boot camp class, it's important that each and every person is challenged to the point where they are required to get out of their comfort zone, because that is when you'll start seeing and feeling results. Afterall, isn't that why you're working out in the first place?

You must be careful though that the exercises you perform are not to advanced because then there is the risk of injury, which is something we definitely don't want. By the same token, if the exercises are to easy, then your body will not be forced to adapt or change as a result of the work it's doing.

One of the biggest reasons women don't get the results they desire is because they do not choose the right exercises to do and they do not work themselves outside of their comfort zone. And who can blame them? It's not an easy thing to do.

If you truly want to make changes to your body, it's crucial that you work outside of your comfort zone each and every workout. It may not be easy, but the results you'll get are truly worth it.
