What Tragic Event Occurs When Women Play Tug-of-War While Wearing White Pants?
The women of the Mississauga Women's Fitness Camp enjoy participating in games and fun activities as a part of their workout sessions. Not only does it allow them to keep fit and have a great workout, they have a lot of fun too. One of the games the ladies enjoy playing is tug-of-war. The women enjoy the competitive nature of of the game but in a fun way, unless of course one of them gets a grass stain on her white pants. Oh well, these ladies are more interested in burning fat and toning muscle than worrying about a little grass stain, or are they? Watch the video below to find out.

Women's Fitness Camper, Paula, Speaks Her Mind....
I joined the Mississauga Women's Fitness Camp in hopes of getting back in shape after having a baby. This women's fitness camp not only did that for me it has given me back my strength, my body, my mind, and a chance to meet an inspiring and fun group of women.It is not your typical yell in your face type of "bootcamp". David is an educated and motivational coach. He allows you to go at your own pace, but pushes you at the same time. He knows that everyone is different, and that we all have our strengths and weaknesses. He focuses on each member as an individual and helps us achieve our individual goals.
I have gone to the gym for years and have never seen such quick and great results. This fitness camp works. David's coaching works. Come see for yourself!!! You won't regret it!

Burning Fat and Building Muscle in Mississauga
Members of the Mississauga Women's Fitness Camp are hanging out on a beautiful Saturday morning in Mississauga. Throwing tires in various ways, slamming medicine balls, and performing farmer walks are just a few of the activities the ladies do to help supercharge their metabolism, burn fat and build muscle.
Intensity is the name of the game. There's no reading magazines or watching television here. You get results when you take yourself out of your comfort zone. It's not easy, but that is why women of the Mississauga Women's Fitness camp lose inches, drop body fat, build and sculpt their muscles. Plus they have a lot of fun doing it.
And let's not forget intervals. If your serious about torching fat and building muscle, say goodbye to your boring and muscle burning hour long sessions of running on a treadmill or on the elliptical machine. Intervals are the way to go if fat loss and muscle building is a priority. Do you want to burn calories for an hour or 24 hours. That's what I thought and that's why we do interval training. Short bursts of intense work that revs up your metabolism like you wouldn't believe. Here the ladies are doing 30 seconds of intense all out work, followed by 30 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. Is it easy? Heck no! Is is effective? You better believe it.
It's varied and intense exercises like these that works best at burning fat and toning muscle. That's what the ladies of the Mississauga Women's Fitness camp come to expect, and that's exactly what they get and more.
